Approval Requirements
- Credit score of at least 650
- Annual income of at least 40x the monthly rent (the budget you are looking in).
- If your credit is less than 650 but you have more than enough income, the use of a guarantor is recommended. The guarantor must have at least a 700 credit score and an annual income of at least 80x the monthly rent.
-If you have a great credit score but inconsistent income, paying extra months up front may be the solution (final decision is up to the owner of the property).
-In general, first months rent and security deposit are required to move in(this my vary by owner).
